Licence Monitoring Service
The Licence Monitoring Service consist of two main parts:
- Running and maintaining the Licence Monitoring System (LicMon).
This system provides the product maintainers and the Software
Licence Office information about the licenced
products at CERN. This includes a product database, statistics of licence
use and current usage of the products.
- System support for the LICELAN and LICMAN Central FlexLM licence servers, as well as for the LXMON web server cluster.

12-March-08: LicMon product database and statistics as Open Source
The LicMon product database and statistics pages has been made available as Open Source.

1-Jun-07: LicMon product database and statistics put in production
The new LicMon product database and statistics pages have been put
in production and the old system put as obsolete. The new system is

27-Apr-07: New version of PS product database and statistics
A new version of the PS product database and statistics pages, the current licence use pages and
the index of products pages will be available from June 1. The old version will stop at that date and the new version, called LicMon product database and statistics will be available from
https://twiki.cern.ch/licmondb
